Abstract

In this article the author shares three stories of the moments she experienced working in the mental health, inviting the reader to a reflection on the use of Narrative and Dialogic Practices. In Alice's story we can describe the concerns triggered by the therapist's tension when maintaining a off-center posture in an emergency situation. In Maria's case we present through a map a conversation of reauthorship in which the story of the action takes us to the scenario of identity in search of values. Helena's story invites us to reflect on the importance of body sensations and the internal voices of the therapist and the joint construction of new realities. With these reports the author hopes to contribute to the use of these practices in the field of mental health, in addition to honoring some of the people with whom she has learned and thereby honoring her own professional history.
